ZEISS Sales Engineer

Description
-Develop and maintain customer in assigned sales region;
-Achieve yearly sales target;
-Deliver report for daily sales activities. Collect information together with marketing department regards marketing situation, competitors information and so on;
-Maintain good relationship with Key account together with RSM and KAM;
-Daily report to RSM.

Requirements
Education
University degree, major in technical engineering or electronic is preferred
Experience
At least 1-year sales experience in  or other relevant equipment.
3+ years sales experience, relative experience in three-dimensional (CMM) measuring instrument is preferred
Other skills
-Good technical background to understand customers requirement
-Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Willing to travel within the region
-Fast learner
-English language skills: Fluent in reading and writing
- Endure stress
- Willing to business trip frequently
 
Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Fulfill the sales target in his / her responsible region   30%
- Implement KPI defined by his / her superior, including numbers of customer visits, project generation, A/R collection, etc.   15%
- Follow technical specification and commercial rules during negotiations    10%
- Report to RSM for all sales activity requests    10%
- Support Order Processing Department during contract execution process    5%
- Make regular sales calls on existing and establish contact with new customers    5%
- Make effective customer presentation    5%
- Marketing support and information collection   5%
- Promote products throughout industry     5%
- Report in time    5%
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned    5%
