我们的客户是一家在设计、制造和加工等领域全球领先的公司。提供包括金属加工，维护服务等。目前在中国有３个办事处，并且发展势头十分迅速良好。公司在中国的总办事处设在上海，工厂也坐落在上海。

主要职责：
l        能贯彻公司的渠道/品牌政策。
l        负责开发和管理渠道合作伙伴（公司），并对渠道日常运营进行管理。
l        维护现有的渠道，对于华东，华北地区三个省进行操作管理。
l        领导所有华东、华北三个省的商务谈判和技术支持。
l        根据公司的规划开发华北和浙江省新的渠道。
l        支持部门开发渠道合作伙伴。

职位要求：

l        工程专业或机械专业本科
l        流利的英语口语
l        两年的金属销售，市场，渠道管理的相关行业经验。
l        能够总体上了解市场管理
l        能经常出差。（50％的时间）
l        熟悉办公软件。

Job Title:     Distribution Business Development Executive
Report to:    Manager, China distributor development
Location:          Shanghai

Client Background

Our client is a lead-edge global designer, manufacturer and supplier of tooling solutions, including Metalworking Solutions and Services Group, Advanced Materials Solutions Group, J&L Industrial Supply and Full Service Supply. Currently they have 3 business unites in China, and expanding healthily and quickly. Its China head office locates in Shanghai with one of its manufacture facilities. 

Major duty and Responsibilities:

 To implement KHP’s channel/branding strategy.
 Develop strategic channel partner, daily operation and management of channel partners.
 Maintain current distributor daily operations in East/North 3 Provinces of China.
 Lead all business negotiate and technical supporting in East/North 3 Provinces.
 Develop new distributor in North China and Zhejiang Province according to company plan.
 Support department develop strategy business channel partners.

Requirements/Skills:

 Bachelor degree in Engineer, Machine, is a must.
 2 years metal working on sales/marketing, distributor management experience is desirable.
 Fluency in English.
 General understanding of marketing management.
 Willing to travel (50% time).
 Familiar with Office software( Excel, Word)

COMPENSATION:

The position compensation will be attractive and negotiable to the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary supplemented by a performance oriented bonus opportunity and standard benefits.
